Sue and Chuck DeFiore have the perfect solution for you – Lease Purchasing your home!
What is Lease Purchasing?
A Lease Purchase is a process that combines a basic rental lease with an agreement to purchase, or with an option to purchase the property. The Buyer (or Lease-Purchaser) pays to the seller a monthly payment that usually approximates a rental amount or a typical mortgage payment on the
home. A percentage of that payment is typically applied towards the purchase price. At the end of the term, the buyer has the right to purchase the property for the price and terms to which both parties have previously agreed.

It can be difficult to choose from among the countless home dehumidifiers out there. First, determine the square footage of the largest room you plan to dehumidify. The larger the room, the larger the dehumidifier should be.
Check the label on the unit and see if it matches your square footage figure.
Now decide what kind of control you would like to have over your dehumidifier. If you want to have full control over precise percentages of humidity, get a unit with a hygrometer and humidistat. These will sense humidity levels in the room and adjust accordingly. On the other hand, if you have an aversion to complicated electronics and are more of a hands-on person, buy a manually controlled dehumidifier.

Should you, shouldn't you? Well read on to find out.
Should you sell your home yourself? Yes and no. Yes, you should leave the option of selling on your own open and no, you shouldn't rule out using the services of an agent to help you sell. There are a considerable number of advantages of using an agent to sell your home but their services do come at a price – up to 6% commission on the sale price! That's quite a sum, a precious $6,000 for every $100,000 your home is worth. Agents are not indispensable. With the advent of the Internet, a fairly sizeable number of owners have been able to successfully sell on their own. Statistics have it that 80% of home buyers begin their search for a home online. So, putting your home details on the Internet is one effective medium of advertising your home and reaching out to a large number of buyers.

Organizing your home office can truly be a hair raising task! By home office, I mean any area of your house which you pay bills in, write notes, send cards, store paperwork, etc. Some people are lucky to have a separate room for this purpose, and others section off an area in a room with perhaps just a desk. Either way, this article will deal with organizing this area of your life.
When organizing your home office, the first and foremost priority is going to be all that paperwork. The worst thing that has happened to me is when looking for a bill, a phone number, or important information…I just can't find it! Even though I know that it HAS to be in there….somewhere.
