On an occasion, we make mistakes and things start to fall apart. If these things go too far and the relationship ends, there are some definite things you should not do if you plan on winning an ex back.
Some relationships are too important to just let go. Sometimes the mistakes we made were petty, immature and things we definitely regret now. It will definitely take some work in order to win an ex back and there are no guarantees that you will succeed. As long as you do things right instead of wrong, you will definitely have a much better chance.
So what are some things not to do after a breakup? Don't call them. I know calling them is what you feel you have to do or need to do and it may seem like such a great idea at the time. If you don't tell them how bad you messed up, they will never know and then they will forget about you. What you have to understand is that your relationship is now over so calling them will only make matters worse. You will only prove to them that you aren't able to let go and they will eventually find you to be very annoying. If you become too annoying your ex will only take the next logical step and that is to change their number or monitor their caller ID.
Dropping by their house to see them is another big mistake in trying to win an ex back. I know, you are thinking again that you have to see them and make them understand. Not a good thing to do and it may even cause them to take a restraining order out on you if you don't stop.
Another great way to make sure your ex will never return to you is by emailing them constantly. Trying to get in touch with your ex right after a breakup is not a good thing to do. If you want your ex back, give it some time. Don't call, go to their house, email, text, show up at places that they are, nothing for at least a month. Don't panic, trust me when I tell you that they will NOT forget about you. By not doing these things and playing it cool, they will start wondering what you are doing and even start missing you. By proving to them that you are fine without them, they can't help but wonder what you are up to, how you are doing, are you seeing anyone, are you going out, who are you spending time with, etc. Just play it cool and don't do anything to mess this up.
Don't make matters worse and seal your fate by doing all the wrong things. Take some time, relax, take care of you and within no time at all, you two just may be wanting to talk again to see if things can be repaired.
