Cat Proof Gardening in the Shade

April 28th, 2010 by admin

I have a small garden and want to maximise my growing this spring as ive reached the ripe old age of 30 and I am becoming more and more interested in gardening. I have traditionally left this to my wife to do but being a green person gardening has literally grown on me.

I went to a nursery for the first time last week instead of the usual B and Q and could not believe the difference in atmosphere. B and Q makes me sweat as im sure the wife will nag me to buy tools and do DIY my most hated tasks in the whole wide world. The nursery was so peaceful and tranquil and I could easily have spent all day there especially as the sun was shining and the flowers to starting to bloom.

Improving Your Home With Solar Panels

April 27th, 2010 by admin

You've grown tired of paying monstrous electric bills and have decided to go solar. Solar panels, however, aren't exactly your taste. Don't worry, you can go solar without them.

Solar panels are used to convert sunlight into electricity, which can be used to light and heat a home. They are not, however, the only method for accomplishing these goals with the sun. A simple experiment you can try in your driveway will show you why.

Park your car in a sunny spot on your driveway. Get in, mark the time, close the vents and roll up the windows. It starts getting pretty warm pretty quick, eh? You've just experience a concept known as direct gain energy. The power of the sun is more than sufficient to create heating and lighting if it is manipulated to hit your home in the right way.

Membership Sites: Money-Making Sites

Membership sites are very profitable and are becoming hugely successful, but a lot of individuals still do not wholly comprehend them nor understand how money is made from them. That is because most membership sites endorse, or sell intangible things, meaning information of one kind or another. In fact, most business studies demonstrate that the marketing of intangible items can be much more rewarding than that of tangible products. After all you don't have to buy supplies or carry an inventory, so on and so forth.

This type of site is one of the best ways to make profits in the internet. People look to the internet to get information and they want valuable information.

RV Travel Tips by Julianne Rowat

I travel full time all over in my RV and learn a lot of travel tips.
It is just amazing the things you learn from other people. The resort
I am in right now is on the Colorado River. It has two swimming pools,
two hot tubs and a bar in the middle.

When your not enjoying boating or playing on your jet ski in the
river, then your down at the pool or maybe even at the bar. One thing
we all do, is get together at the hot tube in the evenings. It really
is amazing what you learn in the hot tub.

Here is a few travel tips that I thought was worth sharing.

Is Short Sale Right For You?

April 23rd, 2010 by admin
Though a Maui short sale sounds like an investor's dream, it may not be the right choice for all buyers. Before you make the commitment to purchase one, you need to decide what you intend to use your Wailea, Makena, Kihei/ South Maui real estate for - primary residence, second home, vacation home, retirement home or investment rental property?

For instance, purchasing Maui short sales real estate that you need to move into quickly may not be the best way to go. You could find yourself homeless because short sales can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months or more to get approved by the seller's lender.

For buyers who are not in a hurry to purchase and are looking for a long-term investment opportunity, a short sale is the perfect South Maui real estate investment choice.
